Loan Daddy LLC is a mortgage broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders. The lender you choose makes the credit decision, issues the loan documents and funds the loan. Broker compensation is disclosed in your loan documents.
Business-purpose lending
Financing arranged through DSCRLoans.loan is for business purposes only and is limited to non-owner-occupied investment property. It is not available for personal, family or household use, and not for any property the borrower or a family member will occupy. Borrowers are typically asked to sign business-purpose and occupancy certifications at closing.
